A prime Wagyu Steer of 42 months. It is a great balance of tenderness and marbling. The marbling in the steaks and roasts is high and there is more fat in the ground beef. This is our most premium product on the farm!
Each quarter charged at $5.50 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher. 185.75# per quarter
By the quarter this will be a standard cut. For each half (2 quarters) this will be full custom cut.
