A female Wagyu heifer at maturity but not kept for our breeding program. 3 years old with very good body condition for excellent prime cuts. Whole weight approx. 450-500#
This is for a reservation on a quarter beef. Final price with cut and wrap will be $6.00 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.
For each half this will be full custom cut.
