Angus beef – Young – Reservation in halves (Jacobsmuhlen’s Meats, Cornelius, OR Ready October 2021)

Description

A young beef is typically 15-22 months. It is smaller, more tender, with less marbling in the steaks and roasts and less fat in the ground beef.

This is for a reservation on a quarter.

Final price with cut and wrap per half will be $3.40 per pound hanging weight plus $50 mobile slaughter and $.62/lb cut and wrap.  Balance due before pickup at butcher.

Each half will be full custom cut.
