All of our beef is grassfed from our farm – our pasture and our hay supply cut and baled here. But our cows also browse the trees and brush in the pasture, eat fallen fruit, and sometimes get the leftover apple pomace from a good cider pressing as shown here… The neighbor’s horses are jealous of how we baby our cows!
