Description
This Wagyu female is a top body condition beef that was part of our breeding program, but wasn’t able to successfully give a calf in Spring. She is 3 years old, still in prime condition, and compared to a steer the beef will be a little smaller and fattier.
This is for a reservation on a quarter. Final price with cut and wrap will be $6.00 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.
For each half this will be full custom cut. Quarters will be our standard cut.
