A prime American Kobe heifer is typically 26-32 months with. It has good marbling and tenderness, with size about 2/3 the size of a prime steer.
This is for a reservation on a quarter. Final price with cut and wrap will be $5.30 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.
By the quarter this will be a standard cut. For each half (2 quarters) this will be full custom cut.
