A lean Wagyu Steer that is 38 months and grown to be lean in the outer fat but still with marbling of Omega 3 rich fats.
This is for a full quarter. Final price including cut and wrap will be $4.80 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.
Each quarter will be a standard cut.
