A prime Wagyu Steer 37 months. It is a great balance of tenderness and marbling. The marbling in the steaks and roasts is high and there is more fat in the ground beef. This is our most premium product on the farm!
Final price with cut and wrap will be $5.50 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.
