A prime Wagyu Steer is typically 36-42 months. It is a great balance of tenderness and marbling. The marbling in the steaks and roasts is high and there is more fat in the ground beef. This is our most premium product on the farm!
This is for a full quarter. Final price with cut and wrap will be $5.50 per pound hanging weight, due before pickup at butcher.
