A young beef is typically 15-22 months. It is smaller, more tender, with less marbling in the steaks and roasts and less fat in the ground beef.
This is for a reservation on a quarter.
Priced at $4.80/lb including butcher fees and standard cut and wrap. Balance due before pickup at butcher.
Each half will be full custom cut. Smoked meat is available to be paid separately by buyer.
