Winter Squash Reservation

Description

This reservation puts you on the list for a box of winter squash – these will typically store for over 6 months!

Harvest will be from September through November.

Each squash will be rinsed and soaked in bleach water to have the best chance to last for a full 6 months.  But squash must be checked monthly to see if any soft spot have formed (especially near the blossom end opposite of the stem).  Squash with soft or rotted spots should be used quickly!

Each box will have 20# of squash for $50.
